Public warning over Robot My Life

NSW Fair Trading has issued a public warning against Robot My Life, also trading as MoeBot and PoolBot, after receiving 102 consumer complaints since November 2025. Allegations include failing to supply goods, delayed refunds, misleading product claims and poor customer service. Complaints totalled more than $90,000, although affected consumers have since been compensated. Consumers with unresolved issues are encouraged to lodge a complaint with NSW Fair Trading.
